Customer verification involves the use of your User ID and two levels of passwords – your website password and a security key code. For added security, you will be prompted to sign in each time you use the mobile trading software. Your mobile device does not retain any details of your sessions on the Stock Trader application. If the application remains idle for 30 minutes, your session will be terminated and you will be logged out. The Stock Trader leverages Kotak Securities' existing order routing system and is safeguarded using HTTPS. The mobile share trading software utilizes the highest level of encryption, specifically AES 128-bit encryption.
