Document checklist for KYC
- Photograph and passport: To verify the client's identity.
- PAN card: For confirmation of the client's name, birthdate, father's name, and signature.
- Bank proof (PINS letter from Kotak Mahindra Bank)
- One of the following documents for proof of identity and address (both permanent & correspondence):
- Aadhar card
- Passport
- Voter ID
- Driving License
- NREGA Card
- National Pension Registration letter

Key Points to Remember:
- All KYC documents must be signed by you and attested by our authorised person or authorities such as public notaries, court magistrates, judges, Indian embassy, or any scheduled commercial bank operating in India (e.g., HSBC, CITI, Standard Chartered Bank).
- For opening savings/PINS and Demat/trading accounts, two sets of documents are required.
- To open NRE & NRO accounts, two copies of the Power of Attorney (POA) are needed.
- After emailing the scanned KYC documents and account opening form to nriservice@lakshitfinancial.com our coordinator will confirm the completeness of all documents. Following confirmation, please print and sign the account opening form at all specified locations.
- Subsequently, our coordinator will arrange for document pickup (DHL).
- We'll provide regular updates on the status of your account opening.
